Extra things that you need to do to solve problem of saying "Failed to open WebSigner: this.pki.open is not a function"

Ireps.gov.in website is facing many application problem. This is because of DSC interface with website for more secured tendering system. I already wrote step-by-step guide to resolve such problem like "Failed to open WebSigner" or "this.pki.open is not a function" or "Failed to open WebSigner: this.pki.open is not a function". But many users facing still problem after going through my said steps. This is because, ireps website is very much sensitive and system and software environmental dependent. Beside using higher version internet explorer 11 or above, downloading 32-bit java (jre-8u281-windows-i586.exe) and some setting on system that i mentioned on page https://groomix.info/Blogs/Problem-Resolved/Solution-for-IREPS-error-says-Fail-to-open-WebSigner-Object-doesnt-support-property-or-method-open/. There is some extra work that you need to do to use ireps webste problem free.

1 ) Click on "Run" on pop-out asking Do you want to run this application (eMudhra limited on)

You need to run this application to used DSC on ireps website. eMudhra is working with several governments to secure vital information and prevent data leaks with a market leading products and solutions.

2) Click on "Allow" on internet explorer security that will automatically pop-out

This will give access to run emudhra on your internet explorer for ireps website.

3) Click on "Enable" to run 'java(tm) flug-in

At the bottom area of website you will be ask to enable java as show in screenshot below. The 'java(tm) flug-in SSV helper' Add-on from 'oracle America inc.' is ready for use.
